Choa Chu Kang (officially recognized as the Choa Chu Kang New Town and historically known as Chua Chu Kang) is a major residential town and neighbourhood and is a suburban area in the north-western part of Singapore, within the West Region. Originally a kampung village, the area has been rapidly developed under the ambition of the Housing and Development Board (HDB) to transform it into a modern township. The town now comprises seven neighbourhoods, including three large ones: Choa Chu Kang, Yew Tee and Teck Whye.

There are currently eight primary schools and six secondary schools in Choa Chu Kang New Town along with a junior college. Choa Chu Kang is home to the newest addition to ITE College West which was constructed and completed by 2010.

Developed by Sim Lian Group, the 99-year leasehold project located at the junction between Choa Chu Kang Drive and Teck Whye Crescent will be built on a 19,058 sqm (approx. 205,138.6 sqft) site.

Strategically located to offer accessibility to lifestyle amenities, the upcoming EC is within walking distance from Lot 1 Shopping Mall, Choa Chu Kang Public Library and quality schools ranging from primary to tertiary levels. It will also be within 1 km of South View Primary School.
In addition, families will be able to enjoy nature and the outdoors at Choa Chu Kang Park and Teck Whye Gardens, and use the facilities at Choa Chu Kang Community Centre nearby.
Future residents will also be well-served by the area’s seamless connectivity to other parts of the island via public transportation nodes including Choa Chu Kang MRT/LRT station and bus interchange, as well as the Kranji, Bukit Timah and Pan-island expressways (KJE, BKE, PIE).
This is Sim Lian Group’s third EC project since The Dew, which obtained TOP in 2003, and The Tampines Trilliant which obtained TOP in February 2015.
